This atlas covers Samaria National Park in the White Mountains of Crete: protected since 1962, with an entrance fee, an online ticket and a trail that ends on the Libyan Sea.
The gorge is only open in season, at most from 10 April to 31 October, and closes at short notice in bad weather; we check the official notice daily.
