Brazil lists 77 national parks, managed by the federal agency ICMBio. This atlas starts with Iguaçu National Park, founded in 1939, the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls with the panoramic trail, the walkway in front of the Devil's Throat, Macuco Safari boat trips and helicopter flights.
Visitor services at Iguaçu are run by the concessionaire Urbia+Cataratas, with fees approved by ICMBio. In 2026 entry costs 134 reais for foreign visitors and 121 for visitors from Brazil and Mercosur.

At Iguaçu, Brazilians and visitors from Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela pay ten per cent less: 121 instead of 134 reais.
According to the operator, student and senior discounts do not apply in federal parks; children up to six go free.
