From Vodice by boat up the Krka to Skradinski buk

Excursion boat from the harbour of Vodice on the coast near Šibenik: past St Nicholas Fortress and Šibenik, a short stop at a mussel farm, then through the Krka estuary and Lake Prokljan up the gorge to the dock at Skradinski buk. Most of the trip is outside the national park; according to the park authority, the park boundary begins above the Skradin bridge. In the park you have about three hours to yourself, and in the afternoon you return the same way. According to the list of inclusions, park entrance, a guide and fresh mussels are included; lunch and tips are not.

Each site once a day

The whole-park ticket is valid on the same day for Skradinski buk and all land sites, but for each only once. If you arrive via Lozovac, you cannot take the boat from Skradin later.

Krka National Park: two hours with a guide around Skradinski buk

Guided tour from the main Lozovac entrance: the park shuttle bus takes you down to Skradinski buk in about five minutes, then you walk about two kilometres over boardwalks and paths to the cascades, the old watermills and the ethnographic collection. Afterwards there is time to explore the park on your own; the shuttle bus takes you back to Lozovac. According to the notes the route has about 70 steps, and elsewhere about 200, and it is not suitable for wheelchairs. Guests buy their park tickets themselves at the entrance. The list of inclusions includes the shuttle bus; according to the park authority's price list it is part of the park ticket from April to October.

How much is the entrance fee for Krka National Park?

That depends on the season, the time, your age and the ticket. The whole-park ticket includes Skradinski buk; without it, entry is cheaper. Children under 7 enter free.
